I only met Paul once (he was working on the house we own where my son lives). Could not fault him in any way. Any time I texted or called him he came back to me really quickly. My daughter in law commented on the politeness of Paul and his colleagues. They were particularly thoughtful when a neighbour (a nurse) mentioned that she was on nights, they made more effort to keep noise to a minimum - clearing the roof of tiles. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

Very efficient, estimated of 4 days work, they finish in 2 days! Paul is very flexible and willing to work around customer's schedule and request. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with him. Less so on the scaffolding company. There were couple of tiny holes on the newly laid felt, but I supposed that is just me being perfectionist and picky.

Super helpful when our extension roof sprung a leak and he came round on the same day. Pin pointed the problem straight away. Took photos from on the roof, with my phone, to show me the problem and did some emergency repairs for us ... peace of mind so thank you. Friendly but totally not pushy, he explained loads of options and clearly knew what he was talking about. Not a rip off with price either. Would use again and would 100% recommend.

Paul stripped the old felt off plus ridge tiles and replaced with new triple felt. The underlying ply was in very good condition so was not changed. The whole job was completed in just under 2 days and was fantastic. There was no mess left after the work was completed and no problems during the works. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul's company for any work of this type.

The work involved removal of the old guttering and wooden facia boards on two semi detached houses and replacing them with plastic facia boards and new guttering. The work was part of an full roof replacement job. The work was done to a high degree of professional finish and was not just a cover over type job but a full replacement of the items. There were no on site problems and the work was done within the timescale and budget and we are more than happy to recommend AP Smith Ltd to anyone.

Paul was very helpful and completed the work in the agreed timescales at the agreed price. It was good to be able to rely on his considerable expertise in all aspects of the work as this meant less worry for us at a difficult time. The roofs were slated with new slates and the ridge tiles replaced with new interlocking ridges. The whole job went smoothly and Paul kept us informed of his work schedule.
